Dead Island 2 has been delayed until April.
Originally due out on February 3rd, this upcoming zombie rome will now hit PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PC on April 28th. That’s a delay of about 12 weeks, which isn’t much considering fans waited close to a decade for this sequel. As developer Dambuster Studios and publisher Deep Silver delayed Dead Island 2, the team wanted more time to ensure the game was at its best at launch.
Here’s the full statement on the delay:

For those of you who have been waiting for years, thank you for being with us.
