EA Opens New Studio, Ridgeline Games, To Develop ‘Narrative Campaign’ Set In Battlefield Universe

Following Battlefield 2042. rocky and bug-filled projection of Last year, EA announced that Response Vince Zampella was named as the head of the Battlefield franchise Among the extensive franchise changes that include the creation of the Battlefield universe. While the next Battlefield game is confirmed, a new Battlefield-focused blog post EA Chief Experience Officer Byron Bead and the Battlefield team shed new light on one possibility. The next game could be a narrative-focused one set in the Battlefield universe.

As you can see, the blog post doesn’t indicate that Lehto’s narrative game is the next Battlefield, but it is a possibility, as is a new multiplayer-focused project like Battlefield 2042. Only time will tell.
