Gamescom opening Night Live began with the reveal of Everywhere, the ambitious debut title by former Leslie Benzies (formerly Rockstar) Build a Rocket Boy Games.
Everywhere’s reveal trailer showcases a montage of gameplay and art styles, from more cartoony racing to science-fiction to realistic human characters. As its name implies, Everywhere is expected to offer a variety of experiences, both user-created and otherwise. Its newly launched website provides this details:
“Gameplay Everywhere blends adventure, creativity and discovery into an all-new multi-world gaming experience that defines how players connect with each other and the digital world around them.”
“Our intention has always been to push the boundaries of what a videogame can be while providing an innovative player-first experience,” Benzies said. “The team we have built and the partners we have built since our inception is built around the unique vision we are bringing to life. It’s exciting to be a part of it, and we can’t wait to reveal more about Everywhere in the coming months. ,
Everywhere is expected to arrive in 2023, although no platform was specified.
