With sales of over three million copies as of 2014 lord of the fallen A sequel was scheduled for. Publisher CI Games has long wanted to bring a follow-up to market, but those plans didn’t go as planned, and the sequel Bounce between multiple development studios Before landing at HexWorks. During today’s Opening Night Live celebration for Gamescom, we got a first look at Hexworks’s The Lords of the Fallen via a violent three-minute cinematic trailer that highlights the difference between the living and the dead.
Set a thousand years after the original, The Lords of the Fallen is designed with cooperative play in mind, allowing two players to experience seamless online play. A press release describes the game as “an expansive RPG experience filled with NPC quests, compelling characters, and rich narrative”. The world is also said to be five times bigger and interconnected. Said to be quicker than the forerunner game, with a touch of “destructive magic”, the focus is once again on battles like spirits.
While we. hear the sound of strange things Actor Joseph Quinn, Khiladi will be making his mark in the trailer. It is unknown whether Quinn will be featured in the game or if he has just narrated the trailer. The Lords of the Fallen doesn’t have a release date yet, but it will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
